Course Outline: 
An introduction to traditional manuscript illumination, focusing on design and painting techniques within Islamic artistic heritage. The workshop covers key elements of pattern-making, colour application, and material practices through demonstrations and guided studio work.

Alefiya’s Role: 
Lead tutor; responsible for presentations, teaching, mentoring, and demonstrations.

Outcomes & Impact:
Participants gain exposure to traditional illumination practices and develop a foundational understanding of design, materials, and process.
